We liked everything about this experience. The service was prompt and at a time that was convenient for us (on a Saturday afternoon). The young man who performed the cleaning was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We felt extremely comfortable going outside to do yard work while he was alone inside cleaning. The carpets were clean and soft, and he even noticed and gave special attention to some areas that I forgot to point out to him. The cost was fair. This is how all services ought to work.
